Our dry steam cleaners are available with different heating systems. There are models that are electrically heated and models that are heated with oil/gas.


Steam cleaning not only effectively removes stubborn dirt but also facilitates the achievement of (24-hour online) automated cleaning. By leveraging steam cleaning technology, the use of chemical cleaning agents can be reduced or eliminated entirely, thereby avoiding issues such as secondary pollution.     Electrically Heated Steam Generator

       

    The stationary, electrically heated steam generator offers a high steam mass, steam temperature and high pressure and is therefore perfectly suited for industrial use. There it is used for cleaning, sterilizing, heating and humidifying. As the machine, the additive operation and the heating can be easily switched on and off via a remote control on the gun, handling is particularly convenient. In addition, the special filter system ensures that the water is filtered and softened at the same time. Together with the innovative continuous flow heater system, which means there are no fluctuations in performance, the machine is ideal for daily continuous operation.

    Waterproof Robot

       

    Cleaning Process: Equipped with six degrees of freedom, the waterproof robot automatically performs the entire process of loading, cleaning, and unloading workpieces according to the preset process program. Depending on specific requirements, additional steps such as drying can also be integrated.


    Protection Level: IP67, ensuring durable use even in the humid and harsh environment of a cleaning room.

    Pressure Protection: Once the robot is installed, the air pressure unit is activated to blow air, maintaining a positive pressure within its chambers and protective covers. This prevents the infiltration of moisture and water vapor.

    Pipeline Layout: Flexible and bendable piping along with secure mounting methods are employed to guarantee sufficient adjustability and flexibility within the robot's working area. This prevents friction and wear between the pipelines and the robot itself.

       

    Working Principle

      

    The working principle of the dry steam robot cleaner primarily relies on the properties of dry steam and the automated operation of robots. Dry steam is generated by heating water to evaporate it into a pure, high-temperature saturated steam. This steam, with its elevated temperature and pressure (Max. 10Bar, 185℃), can rapidly penetrate into dirt, softening, detaching, and removing it. The robot, meanwhile, precisely controls the movement of the steam nozzle through preset programs and paths, achieving a comprehensive cleaning of the target object.

    The equipment workflow is divided according to the procedures outlined in the cleaning process scheme, proceeding in the following order: automated loading, high-temperature and high-pressure saturated steam cleaning, water removal and drying, and automated unloading.

    The steam cleaning system can be customized to set different cleaning procedures and durations based on the characteristics of the parts being cleaned, in order to meet stringent cleanliness requirements. If metal components are being cleaned, vacuum drying and anti-rust agents can also be used in combination to prevent rusting of the workpieces.
